SUGGESTED SERVICE PRICING • Rooftop HVAC unit — full maintenance + equipment health report: $199 per unit (approximately 2 hours) • Stand-alone refrigeration equipment — inspection + health report: $79 per unit (approximately 30–40 minutes) • Walk-in cooler or freezer — inspection + health report: $99 per unit (approximately 30–60 minutes) • Commercial ice machine — quick inspection/health check: $69 per unit (approximately 30 minutes) • Commercial ice machine deep clean and sanitize + inspection: starting at $299 per unit (approximately 3 hours) • Vehicle charge: $30 per service visit Depending on the equipment, the program can include preventative maintenance, MeasureQuick diagnostic testing where applicable, system performance measurements, refrigeration and HVAC operating data, electrical and mechanical checks, temperature and airflow measurements where applicable, equipment-condition photos, identified deficiencies, prioritized repair recommendations and digital equipment-health reporting. The ice-machine deep clean is a separate service from the normal equipment health inspection so customers can choose the level of service required. Recurring maintenance programs can be arranged quarterly or semi-annually for restaurants, wineries, breweries, retail businesses, commercial buildings, golf courses and other facilities with critical HVAC and refrigeration equipment. Parts, filters, belts, chemicals, repairs, extensive coil cleaning and specialty equipment are additional unless specifically included in a quoted maintenance agreement.
